I am so glad you’re here!

My name is Leticia, although, “Ledy” is what I usually go by.

I am a wife, a mother of 4 (2 on Earth and 2 in Heaven) , and content creator at Ledyliz.com where my focus is helping women and families through miscarriage and life after loss.

For yearssss, I struggled to maintain my home while raising my baby, I spent all my time cleaning and cooking and little time engaging with my family the way I TRULY DESIRED.

After FINALLY getting into a routine and finding a good balance, I want to help you declutter and organize your time to make room for the important things in life (Ya know, like your family). I want you to be able to spend your days FREELY, and not constantly have to worry about cleaning your home and meal planning for all your days.

5. I met and married my husband in 3 months of knowing him (going on 9 years of marriage, hehe).
6. My love language is quality time.
7. Long runs make me happy.
8. Intermittent fasting helped me get healthy.
